à	This form is intended for use of requesting information on the availability of a desired date using the Alfredo Yordán Entertainment Group website. If the desired date is available for service, AYEG Customer Service Center will notify the customer to proceed with the reservation process.
à	By submitting this form, Customer Service Center will process the information and verify the availability of the desire date for service. It will not guarantee the reservation for the requested date.
